Exchanges & Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Tucker & Twig products please contact hello@tuckerandtwig.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require a proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, etc).

If you're experiencing an issue with a product, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with a detailed description in your email so that  can determine how to best lend a helping hand.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition release items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
